A featured performer on *The Tonight Show with Jay Leno*, *Good Day LA*, and reality shows such as VH1's *Saddle Ranch* and the *Tia & Tamera* show, Amy has captivated audiences with her vibrant energy and skillful performances.
Amy's journey into dance began in her early childhood with baby ballet and tap classes. Her passion for jazz dance was ignited when she watched older dancers perform to Michael Jackson's *Off the Wall*. This passion led her to pursue jazz dance through college, where she joined the University Dance Company and majored in theater to hone her performance skills, especially in musicals.
Upon moving to Los Angeles, Amy's career blossomed. She joined the Hells Belles Burlesque, a rock 'n' roll burlesque troupe, with whom she performed for over 15 years. The troupe has opened for top musical acts at Napa's BottleRock music festival and has showcased their talent at venues like The Viper Room, The Rainbow Bar, and the infamous Playboy Mansion. Her performances with Seth MacFarlane and his 32-piece orchestra further highlight her versatility and broad appeal. In addition to performing, Amy has shared her expertise by teaching at the renowned International Dance Academy in Hollywood.
Amy's love for dance extends beyond jazz and burlesque; she has been a passionate salsa dancer for over 20 years, a passion that began with her first salsa class. Her ballroom dancing roots, influenced by dancing with her mother, have enriched her versatile dance repertoire.
Outside of dance, Amy is a lover of music, a dedicated foodie, and an enthusiastic cook. Her diverse interests include old-school roller skating, trail skating, and exploring the world of roller dance. She also finds joy and relaxation in the ocean, hiking, and paddle boarding. Amy believes in embracing life's passions fully, continuously learning and growing, which she finds to be an endless and exhilarating journey.
Amy's philosophy is simple: life is too short not to do what you love. Her commitment to her craft and her zest for life make her a truly inspiring performer and individual.
